Our history

Looking for

the perfect floatie

Created by two moms from Montreal, Sunnies was born out of a simple realization: it was surprisingly hard to find a children's floatie that was beautiful, comfortable, and stable all at once.

Because we didn't want to

compromise anymore

After trying several models with our own kids, we were surprised to find that the products available were rarely both beautiful and high quality, in other words, offering reliable support for active children getting comfortable in the water.

Two years spent testing

every detail

We tested, compared, and fine-tuned every detail to create the floaties we'd been searching for from the start. Before long, the first versions of Sunnies became the ones our own kids were using, eventually growing into a collection designed with no compromise on comfort, support or style.
